Harris County Emergency Services District 5 feels that it would be in the best interests of the District to afford the eligible voters within the District the opportunity to determine whether the District should increase the ad valorem tax rate on all taxable property within the District.
An election will be held in Harris County Emergency Services District No. 5 on Saturday, May 3, 2025, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.

The deadline to file a candidate application is Friday, February 13, 2026 by 5:00 p.m.
